Basic Food Check
- Client completes food diary and lifestyle questionnaires for discussion during a 1 hour consultation. On the spot solutions give the client a greater awareness of their own personal health needs and the tools to meet those needs. A follow up email is sent with recommendations, select recipes and articles designed to empower the client to make healthier, more informed choices in day to day life. Basic Food Check fee can be credited towards Complete Food Check if the Client decides to continue on.
Complete Food Check
- First consultation (1.5 hours) – client arrives with a completed Food/Mood Diary, health history and symptomatic questionnaire to be quickly analyzed by Sonia. A thorough discussion follows and all information gathered is then used to create a customized Food and Lifestyle programme.
- Second Consultation (One hour) – Sonia presents and takes the client through their tailored tealth plan. Resources, recipes, preparation instructions and education are all included.
- Email and phone support – for a period of 6-8 weeks, (depending on program) Sonia is available to answer questions and provide support to make sure the execution of the programme is successful. Informative and inspiring articles on various health topics and solutions will also be sent out during this period. These bits of information provide objective insight aimed at helping the client sort through the ever growing and confusing maze of Natural Health Industry and all the latest studies and ‘breakthroughs.’
- Third and Final Consultation (Approx. 1 hour) – Client completes and brings another Food/Mood Diary for discussion. Progress is assessed, modifications made, and other long term health and preventative goals may be discussed. Future consultations are available at a reduced rate if the client would like to continue on to their health goals with Sonia’s support.
Family Food Check
- This programme is aimed specifically at families with children. We understand that getting children to eat healthy food can sometimes be an uphill struggle, so we have put together a programme to teach mums, dads and children how to make tasty healthy food. It deals with such difficulties as catering for different ages, nutritional requirements and tastes and comes packed with recipies for you to try out.
