8 week programme includes:

  • Basic Health Check up (repeated weeks 4 and 8) (find out more)
  • Weekly personal training sessions at your home or at our private gym by a qualified instructor
  • Tailor made fitness plan for the duration of the programme (e.g. for weight loss, muscle toning, strength and conditioning, core stability and/or cardiovascular fitness)
  • Weekly personal support, motivation and discussions about you and your fitness plan
  • Emailed weekly Fitness Check training programmes

Price:

  • 8 week Fitness Check programme - £960 - £1120 (includes 16 training sessions at £60ph at our gym or £70ph at your home)
  • For maximum results we recommend combining the Fitness Check with the Food and/or Body Check programme. Receive a 10% discount if you combine any two Checks.
