1.5 hour mind consultation:
- The mind consultation offers a rapid assessment your current stress levels with the aim of providing on the spot solutions to ongoing stress related problems. You will receive a list of proactive personal goals and get a copy of our informative mind check booklet. Where further consultations are required clients can enrol onto our 6 week mind check programme.
6 week programme includes:
- Complete stress assessment using stress, food, exercise and sleep diaries and online lifestyle questionnaire (repeated at weeks 3 and 6 to assess progress)
- Mind Check manual including full stress analysis and a tailor made stress plan
- Personal support and motivation including two 1 hour one on one meetings pre and post programme, as well as a 15 minute telephone call each week to discuss Mind Check progress
- Emailed weekly Mind Check goals and information on all areas of stress management ranging from combating unhelpful thoughts to dealing with depression
- Cognitive behaviour therapy is used in all of our programmes and is based on modifying thoughts, assumptions, beliefs and behaviors, with the aim of influencing unhelpful emotions

- For maximum results we recommend combining the Mind Check with either the Food and/or Fitness Check programmes. Receive a 10% discount if you combine any two Checks.
